Delivery and returns

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to. 

If your parcel is lost, please contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.

DAMAGES

We do endevour to pack everything very carefully but in any instance where your print has arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will do whatever we can to resolve it!

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 

We cannot accept cancellations once the order is in production as each order is made to order. Please contact us and we can advise if the order has reached the production process and we can advise whether a cancellation is possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to smile when you receive your Little Stories. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it !

We will only accept returns Wall Mural (our print size) and poster in their original condition and packaging.

We will not accept returns Wall Mural and Wallpaper because it is configured based on individual and detailed order (print size, possibly finishing options, etc.). All our wall mural is made to order therefore we can only accept a return for faulty wallpaper.

When returning, please make sure you package your items securely, we cannot provide a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged in transit back to us.

It is advised that you ask for a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post. Delivery is paid for at your own cost but will be refunded once there is confirmation of the faulty item.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you not 100% satisfied with your purchase please simply contact us. We will process the refund as soon as we receive your order back with us safely.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of receiving the package back but we will do our best to do it asap.
